All engines are water-cooled three-cylinder diesels with direct injection. The fuel tank is 28 litres for every model.

Yanmar EG220–EG230 transmission and travel speed
The standard version has a 12/12-speed gearbox with synchro main shift. The X version (J-change) is stepless hydrostatic (30 forward / 30 reverse), and the J version runs as a high-speed variant up to approx. 19 km/h.

💡 Product tip: ordering parts based on these specs? Pay attention to the engine block: for the EG220–224 (3TNV82A) there is a 3TNV82 gasket set, for the EG227/230 (3TNV88) a separate 3TNV88 head gasket. The oil filter is the same across the entire series.
