Article 1: General
1.1 These are the general terms and conditions of sale and delivery of fast parts located in Amsterdam. Snel Parts is registered at the Chamber of Commerce under number 72200987.
1.2 These general terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all’s contracts, offers and agreements.

Article 2: Ordering and the conclusion of an agreement
2.1 Orders can be placed via Once the order has been completed, a confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
2.2 By placing an order, the buyer indicates that he agrees to these terms and conditions.
2.3. Shop4trac reserves the right to refuse an order in case of deliberate giving of incorrect data and information, and in case of non-payment or other matters where Shop4trac considers the financial risk to be too great to deliver. The acceptance of an order may therefore be subject to additional conditions, such as advance payment.
2.4 In case of deliberate reporting of incorrect data or any other form of attempted fraud, Shop4trac will report this to the judicial authorities.
2.5 The agreement is only concluded when Shop4trac has accepted the order.
2.6 Before completing the order, the buyer must check the content of the order and his data for correctness. Due to the speed of orders and shipping, Shop4trac may not be able to make any changes. Any costs resulting from incorrect data will be charged to the buyer.

Article 3: Prices
3.1 The prices used are in euros, excluding 21% VAT and administration and shipping costs. Shipping and handling costs are calculated once per order and depend on the total order amount.
3.2 Shop4trac can adjust its prices at any time. Price changes have no effect on agreements already concluded.

Article 4: Delivery
4.1 Delivery for orders placed on working days are normally found within 2 working weeks (if in stock is indicated on the relevant page). The delivery time is as indicative and not as a fatal term. Articles that appear on the Internet page as “Out of stock” will have a general delivery period of 2 to 6 working weeks.
4.2 Shop4trac is obliged to observe this delivery time as much as possible. However, it cannot be held liable for transfer of the delivery time which was reasonably unforeseeable at the time of entering into the agreement. In such cases, Shop4trac has the right to renew the delivery period in consultation with the buyer or to cancel the contract.
4.3 Shop4trac has no influence on delays caused by the carrier and cannot be held responsible for this.
4.4 If delivery does not take place within a period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is then entitled to cancel the order and which he may have already paid to recover. Amounts already paid will be credited in this case within 30 days.
4.5 If a consignment is refused, Shop4trac is entitled to recover the transport costs incurred on the purchaser.

Article 5: Transport and risk
5.1 The mode of transport, dispatch and packaging, if no further indication is provided by the buyer to Shop4trac, shall be determined by us as a good merchant. Any specific wishes of the buyer concerning transport/shipments shall be carried out only if the buyer has declared that they will bear the multiple costs.
5.2 The buyer is required to sign on delivery of the parcel to one of the delivery staff, before receiving the package.
5.3 The buyer must check the contents of the package after delivery. If the order is not to be complete or incorrect, the buyer must contact us by email as soon as possible and at the latest within seven (7) working days after receiving the request; or via the contact form on the website.
5.4 All shipments are increased by Shop4trac liable. The risk of damage and loss of a shipment to the buyer is therefore carried by Shop4trac. After the goods have been received by the buyer, the risk of damage and loss on the buyer is passed.

Article 6: Payment
6.1 Payment options are: • Payment by iDeal • Payment on delivery • Prepayment • Payment in advance within 14 days after delivery by bank transfer.
6.2 Advance payment can be made by bank or Giro. In case of payment by bank or Giro, the date of payment is the date of credit of the Giro or bank account of Shop4trac. The delivery time provided for in article 4 is valid from the moment Shop4trac has received the relevant amount on the business account number.
6.3 Shop4trac reserves the right at all times to derogate from the method of payment chosen by the buyer and to set additional conditions.
6.4 If buyer is in default with any payment, Shop4trac is entitled to suspend any further agreements, or to rescind them.
6.5 If buyer has received the order at home and reauthorizes his/her bank, the order in question will have already arrived at Shop4trac. Once this is not the case, Shop4trac will be able to collect the amount due until the order has been received subject to the ‘ return conditions ‘.

Article 7: Retention of title
7.1 Delivered items remain the property of Shop4trac until all payment obligations are met. However, the risk of the articles already delivered is already on the buyer at the time of delivery.

Article 8: Warranty
8.1 The products sold by Shop4trac via the website are all included under the manufacturer’s warranty of the respective brands.
8.2 The buyer cannot rely on warranty in the following cases: • There is normal wear and tear. • Improper use and/or failure to observe the operating instructions. • Changes have been made to the article • Damage by intent or gross negligence • The buyer and/or third parties engaged by him on his own initiative during the guarantee period have carried out repairs to the delivered goods or have let Do.
8.3 The buyer is obliged to disclose his claim to Shop4trac for the return of the item in question. Costs for a guarantee shipment are for the account of Shop4trac if the corresponding answer number is used. The following matters must be taken into account: • A guarantee number must be requested within the prescribed period of guarantee. • The product must be sent within five (5) working days after the granting of the guarantee number. • The guarantee article must be properly packaged and shipped. • In the guarantee package, a description of the problem, warranty number, Buyer’s details and copy invoice must be enclosed. • Problems with the dispatch at or by the company that takes care of the shipment to Shop4trac are at the risk of the buyer.
8.4 warranty is void if the buyer has not fulfilled the payment obligation.
8.5 Shop4trac and project establishment shall never be obliged to pay any compensation to the buyer or others, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of Shop4trac.

Article 9: Return
9.1 The buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for fourteen (14) working days after receipt. The buyer must request a return number for return.
9.2 After the award of a return number, the buyer must return the order within five (5) working days.
9.3 Articles must be unused, complete, undamaged and in original packaging. Excluded from return are on behalf of the buyer manufactured articles and products made of wood veneer. In addition, items produced on order cannot be returned. These are items with a delivery time of 2-6 weeks.
9.4 A return shipment must be registered, sufficiently franked and properly sent at any time. Shipping costs are on behalf of the buyer.
9.5 Payments already received will be refunded by Shop4trac upon acceptance of the return shipment within 30 days of receipt of the return, minus any costs incurred, such as administration costs and the retrieval of return shipments, etc. If only part of an order is returned, the shipping costs of the original shipment will always be borne by the buyer.

Article 10: Product Information
10.1 Shop4trac pays great attention to the provision of information for the products offered. However, Shop4trac is not liable for incorrect specifications and/or other indications of the articles provided by it.
10.2 Images shown are approximate and may differ from the actual product. Deviating images may not cause compensation and/or dissolution of the purchase.

Article 11: Privacy
11.1 Shop4trac attaches great importance to the privacy of its customers. All personal data are therefore treated with care. Strictly all legal regulations applicable to personal data are followed. Shop4trac uses the personal data provided by the buyer for the processing of the orders and, provided the buyer has authorised it, for marketing purposes.
11.2 Personal data will not be provided by SHOP4TRAC to third parties without the consent of the purchaser, unless this is necessary for payment processing.
11.3 Personal data can be changed at the request of the buyer.

Article 12: Disputes
12.1 These general terms and conditions of sale and delivery are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 disputes are resolved as far as possible by mutual agreement. If this is not possible within 30 days, the buyer can take further action.
12.3 All disputes between Parties shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands in the case of exclusions. The judgement of the judge is binding on all parties.
