What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is €7.95. From €125 shipping is free. For Belgium shipping is €9,95 and from €125 free shipping. Germany is €7,95 and also free shipping from €125. For the other countries see the delivery condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Shop4trac has customers all over the world. From Suriname to Canada to Australia back to Sweden.

What is the delivery time?

For deliveries within the Netherlands 1-2 business days if in stock. For Belgium, 1-3 business days applies. Germany 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 3:30 p.m. are processed and shipped the same day. If there is high urgency, one can always be contacted to send this after 3:30 p.m.

How do I return my product?

How long does the return process take?

Generally, a shipping party works so that returns are taken back in an efficient manner. This often takes 1-2 days longer than shipping the package.

Do returns cost money?

If a mistake was made in shipping the product or if there is a defect then the return is free. Otherwise, it ranges from 5 Euro in the Benelux to up to 20 Euro from Australia, USA or Canada.

How much time do I have to return an order?

Generally, you have 14 days after receipt to return the package. If it is longer than 14 days please contact customer service!

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

A product can be exchanged if ordered incorrectly. Please contact customer service for this!


What payment methods do you offer?

Shop4trac cooperates with Mollie & Stripe payment platform. From here all payment methods are possible. For the Netherlands this is for example: Ideal, bank transfer, Credit card, Afterpay and Paypal. For Germany this is: Sofort Banking, Kreditkarte and Paypal. For Belgium Paypal and bank transfer or credit card.

Is it safe to pay through our webshop?

Ordering & tracking

How do I place an order?

Using the search bar or selecting a category, one can easily place an order on the web shop. Upon finding the right item, it can be placed in the shopping cart. Then the choice is to continue shopping or proceed to payment. In the payment page, it is important to enter all information correctly and correctly. This is to make the ordering process as efficient as possible.

Is it possible for entrepreneurs outside the Netherlands to reverse VAT?

Shop4trac offers VAT reverse charge for business owners. It means that with valid VAT number you pay 0% VAT when ordering. Fraudulent or invalid VAT numbers will be checked!

Do I need an account to order?

For simplicity, we chose not to set up a mandatory account. This speeds up and simplifies the ordering process. However, we do recommend an account in order to view orders and track them via track & trace.

How do I track my order?

If ordered before 16:00 and the package is in stock and processed then you will automatically receive a track & trace code via email. As mentioned above, this can also be seen in the account.

Can I return an order?

We always ask that orders be placed with extreme precision. This is to make unnecessary shipping costs etc. If a product does not fit or does turn out to be different, please contact customer service.

What happens if my order does not arrive on time?

We initiate an investigation if it appears that a package has not arrived. We do this together with our shipping partners DPD and UPS.
