What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is €7.95. From €125 shipping is free. For Belgium shipping it is €9,95,- and from €125 free shipping. Germany is €7,95 and also free shipping from €125,- . Engeland is €12,50 and free shipping from €150,-. For the other countries see the terms of delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Shop4trac has customers all over the world. From Suriname to Canada to Australia back to Sweden.

What is the delivery time?

For deliveries within the Netherlands 1-2 working days if in stock. For Belgium 1-3 working days. Germany 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 15:30 will be processed and shipped the same day. Other countries like: Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Austria and Swiss are 2-4 working days for delivery. If there is high urgency people can always contact us to ship after 15:30.

Payment

What payment methods do you offer?

Shop4trac works together with a secure payment platform. From here the known payment systems per country are selected. For the Netherlands, for example: Ideal, bank transfer and Paypal. For Germany this is: Sofort Banking and Paypal. For Belgium Paypal and Bancontact or credit card.

Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

By using the search bar or selecting a category you can easily place an order in the webshop. When finding the right article, it can be placed in the shopping basket. Then the choice is to continue shopping or to proceed to payment. In the payment page, it is important to fill in all data correctly. This to make the ordering process as efficient as possible.

Is it possible for entrepreneurs to shift the VAT to 0%?

Shop4trac offers to shift VAT(VAT reserve charge) for entrepreneurs. It means that with a valid VAT number you pay 0% VAT, exempt from VAT. Fraud or invalid VAT numbers will be checked!

Do I need an account to place an order?

To improve simplicity, we have chosen not to set up a mandatory account. This speeds up and simplifies the ordering process. However, we do recommend an account to view orders and track them via track & trace.

How Do I Track My Order?

If you order before 15:30 and the package is in stock and processed, you will automatically receive a track & trace code via e-mail. This is as mentioned above also visible in the account.

How Can I Return a Product?

We always ask you to place orders with the utmost precision. This in order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs, etc. If a product does not fit or turns out to be different, please contact customer service.
