1. What are the delivery times in the UK, USA and Canada?

For deliveries within the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and northern France) 1-3 working days. Packages, if in stock, are processed by 4 p.m. the same business day.

2. From where will my package be shipped?

Shop4trac ships packages from its own warehouse. This warehouse is located in Europe, thus ensuring fast delivery times. If in stock, a shipping code will be emailed the same business day.

3. Can I return and how would this work?

After clicking on the following link; https://shop4trac.shipping-portal.com/rp/ You can use the shipping number and zip code to register the package for return.

4. How much time do I have to return an order?

Generally, you have 14 days after receipt to return the package. If it is longer than 14 days please contact customer service!

4. What payment methods do you offer?

Shop4trac works with a secure payment platform. From here, the known payment systems for each country have been selected. These include for example: bank transfer, Creditcard and Paypal. For Germany this is: Sofort Banking and Paypal. For Belgium Paypal and bank transfer or credit card.
