Suitable for the entire series: Iseki TH185, TH205, TH215, TH235, TH255 and TH265. Regular maintenance is the key factor in keeping these mechanically simple tractors running for decades. Below is the complete maintenance schedule and all adjustment values straight from the Iseki factory manual.

Semi-track version (S25): adjust track tension according to procedure, grease lubrication points (2+4+6 points) every 50 hours, check oil seals of running/tension wheels every 200h.

Adjustment Values

Component Value
Clutch pedal play 20-30 mm
Brake pedal play (left/right equal) 30-40 mm
Steering play (steering wheel outer rim) 30-60 mm
Fan belt deflection 5-10 mm at medium finger pressure
Track deflection (semi-track) 15-20 mm
Wheel bolt torque (rear wheel) 98-118 N·m (standard), 196-230 N·m (cab version)

Note: these tractors do not have a separate drive V-belt system — the belt mentioned only drives the fan and (if fitted) the air conditioning compressor, not the drivetrain.

Practical tip: always link brake pedals together on public roads

The left and right brake pedals can be operated independently for sharp turning in the field. For use on public roads, the manual explicitly requires linking both pedals together — don't forget this, as operating them separately on the road is an important point highlighted in the safety chapter.
