Description

New head gasket for the Iseki Landhope TU120. This machine is equipped with the Mitsubishi K3A, a three-cylinder diesel engine with a 65 mm bore. The head gasket seals between the cylinder head and the engine block: it maintains combustion pressure in the cylinders and ensures that coolant and oil remain strictly separated.

When to replace?

A blown head gasket usually manifests as white smoke from the exhaust, coolant disappearing without visible leaks, milky-looking oil, or an engine struggling to reach operating temperature. Power loss and overpressure in the cooling system are also typical signs. Skim the cylinder head flat and check it for cracks before installing the new gasket.

Please note: the Mitsubishi K3A, K3B, K3C, and K3D look very similar externally, but each has a different bore (65 – 68 – 70 – 73 mm). Check the engine type on the data plate of your Landhope TU120 before ordering; a gasket from a closely related type will not fit.
