The L3A and L3C come from the same Mitsubishi L-series engine family, also used in Iseki Landhope tractors, Toro mowers, and many mini excavators. This means parts such as the water pump (SKU-337), thermostat 76.5°C (SKU-45001) and glow plugs (SKU-559014) are readily available.

Mitsubishi MTX13 & MTX15 electrical system

The system is 12 volt with a maintenance-free (MF) battery located at the front of the machine, behind the grille. From the manual, for reference when ordering electrical parts: headlights 12V-35W (2 pieces), turn signals 12V-15W (2 pieces), and a fusible link (main fuse) in the wiring, in addition to the regular fuses. When disconnecting the battery, always loosen the negative terminal first; when connecting, tighten the positive terminal first.
