All those different engines from Iseki… We came across some facts about the Iseki E3CD-T last week which we would like to share via this blog.
To start with some fun facts; are that the E3CD and E3CF engines from Iseki are almost similar to each other, except for the size of the pistons and the fuel system. Another engine for which this is true is the E3112 which is also basically quite similar to the E3CD, but also here the piston size and fuel system are different.

Head bolts and their tightening torques:
Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the specified order with the specified torque.
Be sure to tighten the bolts step by step: first to 2 kgf m (14 ft lbs), second to 4 kgf m (29 ft lbs), and then lastly to the following torques:

Parts we supply:
For now, we actually supply all the parts for the above engines. The tractor in the above picture was an Iseki 5140 Turbo. This tractor had a cracked cylinder head which is common with these models. We can order this cylinder head on demand. Please note that several Iseki models have this problem. A good tip to prevent this is to let the engine run after heavy work. A turbocharged engine should be left to run for at least a minute. This is better for the turbo and therefore also for the heat that the engine has to get rid of.
