A Yanmar AF15 up to and including AF18 or Ke-13 up to and including Ke-18 runs on a Yanmar diesel engine. With proper maintenance, these engines have already proven to be indestructible. This kit contains the filters, hydraulic filter, engine oil, coolant, and front axle oil for a maintenance service of the Yanmar AF and Ke series.
Complete maintenance kit consists of
- Filter set: air filter (90 mm outer diameter, 186 mm long), engine oil filter (M20 x 1.5), and fuel filter (35 mm outer diameter, 70 mm long).
- Hydraulic filter: thread 1 1/8"-16 UNF, diameter 98 mm, length 176 mm. This filter fits the AF15 up to and including AF18. If you have a Ke-13 up to and including Ke-18, please compare the dimensions with your old filter first.
- Engine oil 15W40: 5 liters, more than enough. According to the manual, the engine takes 2.4 liters in the AF15 up to and including AF18 and 2.2 liters in the Ke-13 up to and including Ke-18.
- Coolant: 5 liters, protects down to -40 °C and prevents corrosion in the engine. The cooling system holds 4.0 liters for the AF15 up to and including AF18 and 3.4 liters for the Ke-13 up to and including Ke-18, including expansion tank.
- Front axle oil 80W90 GL4: 4 liters, for the front axle. According to the manual, the front axle takes 2.0 liters in the AF15 up to and including AF18 and 2.4 liters in the Ke-13 up to and including Ke-18, so one canister is enough.

Also want to change the transmission and hydraulic oil? Use our transmission oil GL-4 in a 10-liter container. According to the manual, the AF15 up to and including AF18 takes 20 liters in the transmission and hydraulics and 2.0 liters in the front axle: 2 containers will fill the transmission, and you will need another 2 liters extra for the front axle. For the Ke-13 up to and including Ke-18, it takes 7.0 liters, so 1 container. Transmission oil is not included in this kit.
