Description

With this crankshaft kit you replace the crankshaft of the Kubota V1505 four-cylinder diesel engine completely in one go. As soon as the crankshaft comes out, the bearings, oil seals, and oil pan are exposed — and anything you don't replace at that point means disassembling it all over again later. This set therefore includes not only the crankshaft, but also the main bearings, connecting rod bearings, thrust washers, new connecting rod bolts, and the complete gasket set including both crankshaft oil seals.

• Bearing size: standard (STD) — the crankshaft is at standard size, so the supplied bearings are STD
• Connecting rod bolt tightening torque: 53.9 – 58.8 Nm (5.5 – 6.0 kgf·m)

Please note: always replace connecting rod bolts as a complete set and never reuse old bolts. Check the bearing clearance during assembly according to factory specifications. If the old crankshaft has already been ground or the journals are undersized, please contact us — you will then need undersized bearings instead of this set.

Tip: the cause of crankshaft damage is almost always oil shortage or contaminated oil. Check the oil pump and oil channels before installing the new shaft — a new crankshaft on a worn oil pump will not last long.
