Epoxy-Metal 55g – Two-Component Metal Adhesive for Compact Tractor Repairs

Epoxy-Metal is a fast-curing two-component epoxy adhesive for repairing broken, cracked or worn metal parts. Indispensable in any workshop — and handy for an emergency repair out in the field where you can’t weld on the spot.

What can you use it for on a compact tractor?

Think of a cracked fuel tank, a fractured cast-iron housing, a broken oil pan or a leaking hydraulic reservoir. Welding always remains the most durable solution, but on cast iron (common on old Kubotas and Isekis), aluminium tanks or spots you can’t dismantle, epoxy is often the better — or even the only — option. After curing you can drill, sand and even paint over it, so the repair ends up looking neat again.

How to use it:

1. Clean and degrease the surfaces thoroughly — roughen them up first with coarse sandpaper for extra adhesion.
2. Mix tube A and tube B in a 1:1 ratio with the supplied spatula.
3. Apply the paste directly to the repair area.
4. Allow to cure for 1 hour for initial strength; 24 hours for full strength.

Applicable to: all metal tractor parts — Kubota, Yanmar, Iseki, Hinomoto, Mitsubishi, Shibaura, Satoh, Honda and all other brands.

Note: for repairs that have to take pressure (such as a leaking head gasket), epoxy is no substitute for welding or a new gasket. Use it for cracks, leaks in tanks and housings, and broken-off lugs.
