Complete maintenance kit Yanmar Ke-2 | Ke-3 | Ke-4

Description

A Yanmar Ke-2, Ke-3 or Ke-4 runs on a Yanmar diesel engine. With proper maintenance, these engines have already proven to be indestructible. This kit contains everything for a complete maintenance service of the Yanmar Ke-2, Ke-3 and Ke-4.

Choose the right version: with front axle oil for the 4WD version with driven front axle (the D types, such as Ke-2D and Ke-3D), or without front axle oil for the 2WD version.

Complete maintenance kit consists of

• Filter set: air filter, engine oil filter and fuel filter.
• Engine oil 15W40: 5 liters, more than enough. According to the manual of the Ke-2D and Ke-3D, the engine takes 2.2 liters.
• Coolant: 5 liters, protects down to -40 °C and prevents corrosion in the engine. The cooling system of the Ke-2D and Ke-3D contains 3.0 liters plus 0.4 liters in the sub tank.
• Front axle oil 80W90 GL4: 4 liters, only in the version with front axle oil (4WD). According to the manual, the front axle of the Ke-2D and Ke-3D takes 2.4 liters of EP 90.

The quantities can be found in our blog Yanmar Ke series engine oil and fluids. We do not have a manual for the Ke-4: please check the capacities yourself for that model.

Also want to change the transmission and hydraulic oil? Use our transmission oil GL-4 in a 10-liter bottle. According to the manual of the Ke-2D and Ke-3D, the transmission and hydraulics take 11 liters, so you need 2 bottles. The transmission oil is not included in this kit.
