Complete maintenance kit Yanmar GK13 – GK18 | GK160 – GK200

Description

A Yanmar GK13, GK14, GK16, GK18, GK160 or GK200 runs on a Yanmar diesel engine. With proper maintenance, these engines have already proven to be indestructible. This set contains everything for a complete maintenance service of the Yanmar GK-series, including the V-belt.

Complete maintenance set consists of

• Filter set: air filter (90 mm outer diameter, 186 mm long), engine oil filter (M20 x 1.5) and fuel filter (35 mm outer diameter, 90 mm long).
• V-belt: A36.5 (13 x 925 mm inner length), the fan belt. If you are unsure about your version, please compare it with your old belt first.
• Engine oil 15W40: 5 liters, more than enough. According to the manual, the engine of the GK13 and GK14 takes 2.1 liters and the GK16 and GK18 takes 2.6 liters.
• Coolant: 5 liters, protects down to -40 °C and prevents corrosion in the engine. The cooling system holds 2.9 liters plus 0.4 liters in the expansion tank.
• Front axle oil 80W90 GL4: 4 liters. According to the manual, the front axle takes 2.4 liters of EP 90 gear oil.

Also want to change the transmission and hydraulic oil? Use our transmission oil GL-4 in a 10-liter container. According to the manual, the transmission and hydraulics take 7.0 liters, so 1 container is enough. The transmission oil is not included in this set.
