Complete maintenance kit Mitsubishi MT17 | MT20

Description

A Mitsubishi MT17 or MT20 runs on a Mitsubishi diesel engine. With proper maintenance, these engines have proven to be indestructible. This kit contains everything for a complete maintenance service of the Mitsubishi MT17 and MT20, including the hydraulic filter.

Complete maintenance kit consists of

• Filter kit: air filter, engine oil filter, and fuel filter.
• Hydraulic filter: spin-on filter with 1 1/8-16 UNF thread, 96 mm high and 95 mm in diameter.
• Engine oil 15W40: 5 liters, more than enough. According to the manual, the engine takes 3.0 liters.
• V-belt: 950 x 9.7 x 8 mm.
• Coolant: 5 liters, protects down to -40 °C and prevents corrosion in the engine. According to the manual, the cooling system of the MT17 and MT20 holds 5.0 liters, so this is exactly one fill.
• Front axle oil 80W90 GL4: 4 liters. According to the manual, the front axle of the 4WD version takes 3.0 liters. The manual specifies API GL-3, SAE 80 for this. GL-4 is the higher class.

Want to change the transmission and hydraulic oil as well? Use our transmission oil GL-4 in a 10-liter container. According to the manual, the transmission and hydraulics hold 20 liters, so you need 2 containers. Because the wet brakes run in the same oil bath, the oil must be suitable for this (API GL-4, type STOU or UTTO). The transmission oil is not included in this kit.
