Description

A Kubota KL21 up to and including KL33 runs on a Kubota diesel engine (D1403, D1463 or D1503). With proper maintenance, these engines have already proven to be indestructible. This kit contains everything for a complete maintenance service of the engine and cooling system of the Kubota KL21 up to and including KL33, KL230 and KL330.

Complete maintenance kit consists of

• Filter set: air filter (150 mm outer diameter, 248 mm long), engine oil filter and fuel filter, including copper sealing ring for the sump plug. That ring must be replaced with every oil change, otherwise the plug will start to leak.
• Engine oil 15W40: 2 x 5 litres. According to the manual, the engine takes 5.7 litres, so one container is not enough.
• Coolant: 2 x 5 litres, protects down to -40 °C. The cooling system takes 5.8 litres (KL21 up to and including KL25) or 6.0 litres (KL27, KL30, KL33).
• Front axle oil 80W90 GL4: 4 litres, for the front axle. According to our blog, the front axle takes 3.2 to 3.9 litres, so one container is enough.

Also want to change the transmission and hydraulic oil? Use our transmission oil GL-4 in a 10-litre container. According to the manual, the transmission and hydraulics take 32 to 34 litres. Check the capacity for your model in the manual. The transmission oil is not included in this kit.

The KL36 and KL43 (turbo) and the H models with V2203 or V2403 engine use partly different filters and more oil. This kit is not intended for those.
