Complete engine overhaul kit for the Kubota ZL600 two-cylinder diesel engine — the engine found in the classic B6000 compact tractor. All internal wear parts for a complete overhaul are included in a single kit: from the complete gasket set and pistons to crankshaft and connecting rod bearings, and both crankshaft oil seals. No more searching for individual parts, and more economical than buying parts separately.

Please note: the ZL600 is not the same as the Z600 (72 mm bore) or the D650 from the B6001 and B6100. This kit is specifically for the ZL600 with a 70 mm bore — please check your engine number if in doubt.

Installation tip:

Have the cylinder head and engine block checked for flatness and measure the crankshaft prior to assembly. The ZL600 features bolted main bearing housings — check them for wear and pay attention to the crankshaft end play. During an overhaul, also replace the water pump, thermostat, and injectors immediately for a trouble-free restart.
