Description

New 12V 100A alternator for Kohler KDI 1903 and KDI 2504 engines in JCB mini excavators, such as JCB 85Z-1, 86C-1, 86C-2, and 90Z-1. A direct 1-to-1 replacement for JCB 333/H5769 (Mahle / Iskra MG180): same poly-V pulley, same mounting, and same connections.

Please note:

• JCB 48Z-1, 51R-1, 55Z-1, and 57C-1: according to the JCB parts catalog, these machines use a different alternator (JCB 333/C7403, Kohler 8100700090). The later 55Z-1 (T4F RAJ and PUN, from 2020 onwards) uses JCB 334/C5417. This alternator does not fit those models; please compare the part number on your old alternator.

• Poly-V belt: when installing a new alternator, also replace the multi-ribbed belt if it is cracked or stretched.
