Complete clutch kit for Yanmar Ke-series compact tractors. Includes all three parts that wear out during a clutch job: the pressure plate, the clutch disc, and the release bearing. Since you have to remove the transmission anyway, it's a waste to only replace the disc and have to start over six months later because the bearing starts squeaking.
Assembled based on the original Yanmar parts manuals for the Ke-40 (KE40.92250) and the Ke-140 / Ke-160 (NPC-3970).
✔️ 3-in-1 kit — pressure plate, clutch disc, and release bearing, more affordable together than separately
✔️ Clutch disc 180 mm with 10 splines and hub 19.05 mm (3/4") — exact OEM size
✔️ Release bearing type Koyo/JTEKT CT35S, sealed and pre-greased — re-greasing not necessary
Yanmar
Please note — check your release bearing first. The clutch disc of the Ke-series is the same as that of the Yanmar F- and YM-series, but the release bearing differs: Ke = 35 × 57 × 14 mm, F/YM = 40 × 64 × 16 mm. Measure your old bearing if you are unsure about your version.
Assembly tip: clean the splines of the input shaft and apply a thin layer of heat-resistant clutch grease — truly thin, as grease getting onto the friction lining will cause the clutch to slip. Center the disc carefully before tightening the pressure plate crosswise and evenly.
