Please note — one disc, multiple numbers. Yanmar has released this clutch disc under various part numbers over the years. Both the old 194440-21400 and the new 198165-21450 refer to the same 180 mm / 10-spline disc. If you find a number from the list above on your tractor, this is the correct disc.

Important when ordering: the clutch disc is the same for the F/YM and the Ke series, but the release bearing differs. The Ke series uses a 35 x 57 x 14 mm bearing (194300-22240), while the F/YM series uses a 40 x 64 x 16 mm bearing (194990-42710). Measure your old bearing before ordering — the disc fits, but the bearing does not automatically do so.

Assembly tip: clean the splines of the input shaft and apply a thin layer of heat-resistant clutch grease — truly thin, as grease getting onto the friction lining will cause the clutch to slip. Carefully center the disc before tightening the pressure plate evenly in a cross pattern.
