Gearbox Leak-Stop 250ml – For Manual Transmissions and Differentials

Description

A compact tractor losing oil under the gearbox or differential is a classic problem on older machines. The cause is often dried-out shaft seals that have lost their elasticity. Leak-Stop restores those rubber seals from the inside, stopping the leak — without you having to open up the transmission.

Why use it on an older compact tractor?

The gearboxes and rear axles of Kubotas, Yanmars and Isekis are virtually indestructible — but the shaft seals on the axles inevitably dry out after 20–40 years. Stripping them down is expensive and time-consuming, and original seals are no longer even available for some older models. Leak-Stop is an affordable, non-invasive first step that in many cases is enough to stop the leak.

How to use it:

1. Add the entire bottle (250 ml) to the gearbox oil.
2. For transmissions with more than 3 litres of oil: use two bottles.
3. Drive the tractor for at least one hour in normal operation so the additive reaches the seals.

Specifications:

• Contents: 250 ml (sufficient for up to 3 litres of gearbox oil)
• Suitable for: manual transmissions, differentials and drive shafts
• Not suitable for: automatic transmissions or engines

Suitable for compact tractors from: Kubota, Yanmar, Iseki, Mitsubishi, Shibaura, Hinomoto and other light commercial vehicles.

Tip: top up the oil level first before adding Leak-Stop. A low level itself already causes damage to the gearbox.
