A Kubota GL19 up to and including GL32 runs on a Kubota diesel engine. With proper maintenance, these engines have already proven to be indestructible. This kit contains the filters, the V-belt, the engine oil, the coolant, and the front axle oil for a maintenance service of the Kubota GL19 up to and including GL32, including the hydraulic filter.
Complete maintenance kit consists of
- Filter set: air filter (102 mm outer diameter, 66 mm inner diameter, 260 mm long), engine oil filter, and fuel filter (50 mm outer diameter, 89 mm long). This set is only for the GL series with two digits.
- Hydraulic filter: thread 1 1/8"-16 UNF, diameter 98 mm, length 176 mm.
- V-belt: A41.5 with A profile, the drive belt for water pump and alternator.
- Ignition key: as a spare key. You can easily compare it with your old key.
- Copper sump plug washer: the sealing ring of the drain plug. Replace it with every oil change, otherwise the plug will leak.
- Engine oil 15W40: 2 x 5 liters. According to our blog about the GL21, GL27, and GL33, the engine takes 5.7 liters including the filter, so one container is not enough.
- Coolant: 2 x 5 liters, protects down to -40 °C and prevents corrosion in the engine. According to the same blog, the cooling system contains 6 to 7 liters.
- Front axle oil 80W90 GL4: 4 liters, for the front axle. According to our blog, the front axle takes 3.2 to 3.9 liters, so one canister is enough.
Also change the transmission and hydraulic oil? Use our transmission oil GL-4 in a 10-liter container. According to our blog, the transmission and hydraulics take 35 to 37 liters (GL25K 29 liters), so count on four containers. Kubota specifies UDT or M80B. Check the capacity for your model in the manual. The transmission oil is not included in this kit.
