Description

A Kubota GB110 up to and including GB145 runs on a Kubota diesel engine (Z482, D662 or D722). With proper maintenance, these engines have already proven to be indestructible. This kit contains everything for a complete maintenance service of the engine, cooling system, transmission and front axle of the Kubota GB110, GB115, GB130, GB135, GB140 and GB145.

Complete maintenance kit consists of

• Filter set: air filter element (90 x 42 x 178 mm), engine oil filter and fuel filter element.
• Engine oil 15W40: 5 liters, more than enough. According to the manual, the GB110 takes 1.6 liters and the GB130 and GB140 take 2.4 liters, including filter.
• Coolant: 5 liters, protects down to -40 °C. The cooling system takes 2.9 liters plus 0.7 liters in the reserve tank.
• Transmission and hydraulic oil GL-4: 2 cans of 10 liters, for the transmission and the front axle. According to the manual, the transmission and hydraulics take 11.5 liters and the front axle takes 3.0 liters (3.7 liters for the version with rapid turn function).
• Sump plug sealing ring: copper ring. Replace it at every oil change, otherwise the plug will leak.

This kit does not include 80W90 front axle oil. For the front axle of the GB, Kubota prescribes the same UDT oil as for the transmission, which is why you fill the front axle with the same transmission oil GL-4 from the 10-liter cans. Check the capacity for your model in the manual.

Do you have a GB150 up to and including GB200? Those models use a different engine oil filter. This kit is not intended for those.
