A Kubota B1830, B2230, B2530 or B3030 runs on a Kubota diesel engine. With proper maintenance, these engines have proven to be indestructible. This kit contains everything for a complete maintenance service of the Kubota B1830, B2230, B2530 and B3030, including the hydraulic filter.
Complete maintenance kit consists of
- Filter set: air filter, fuel filter and engine oil filter (M20x1.5).
- Hydraulic filter: thread M20x1.5, diameter 84 mm, length 140 mm.
- Copper sump plug washer: the sealing ring for the drain plug. Replace it with every oil change, otherwise the plug will leak.
- Engine oil 15W40: 5 liters, more than enough. According to our knowledge base, the engine of the B1830, B2230 and B2530 takes 3.0 liters and that of the B3030 takes 4.1 liters.
- Coolant: 5 liters, protects down to -40 °C and prevents corrosion in the engine. According to our knowledge base, the cooling system takes 4.5 liters, and 5.2 liters for the cab version. One can is just slightly short of filling the system completely.
- Front axle oil 80W90 GL4: 2 x 4 liters, for the 4WD version. According to our knowledge base, the front axle of the B1830, B2230 and B2530 takes 3.7 liters and that of the B3030 takes 4.7 liters, hence two cans.
The stated capacities apply to the B1830, B2230, B2530 and B3030. Please check the manual for capacities of other models.
Also changing the transmission and hydraulic oil? Use our transmission oil GL-4 in a 10-liter container. According to our knowledge base, the transmission and hydraulics take 15 to 17 liters. Check the capacity and specification for your model in the manual. The transmission oil is not included in this kit.
