Description

A Hinomoto E1802 or E1804 runs on a Toyosha diesel engine. With proper maintenance, these engines have already proven to be indestructible. This set contains everything for a complete maintenance service of the Hinomoto E1802, E1804, E182, E184, and E202 up to and including E224.

Complete maintenance kit consists of

• Filter set: air filter (104 mm outer diameter, 254 mm long), engine oil filter, and fuel filter (35 mm outer diameter, 70 mm long).
• Engine oil 15W40: 5 liters, more than enough. According to the manual, the E1802 and E1804 take 3.7 liters in the engine.
• Coolant: 5 liters, protects down to -40 °C and prevents corrosion in the engine. According to the manual, the cooling system of the E1802 and E1804 holds 4.0 liters.
• Front axle oil 80W90 GL4: 4 liters, for the 4WD version. According to the manual, the E1804 takes 1.5 liters in the center housing and 0.4 liters in each final drive.

The hydraulic filter is not included in this set. For the E1802 and E1804, our hydraulic filter fits.

Want to change the transmission and hydraulic oil as well? Use our transmission oil GL-4 in a 10-liter container for this. According to the manual, the E1802 and E1804 take about 23 liters in the transmission with a manual gearbox and about 26 liters for the hydrostatic version, so you will need 3 containers. Fill up to the dipstick. The transmission oil is not included in this set.
