Complete maintenance kit Captain 263 – 273

Description

A Captain runs on a Mitsubishi diesel engine. With proper maintenance, these engines have already proven to be indestructible. This kit contains everything for a complete maintenance service of the Captain 263 and 273.

Complete maintenance kit consists of

• Filter set: air filter, engine oil filter, and fuel filters, including copper sealing ring for the sump plug. That ring must be replaced with every oil change, otherwise the plug will leak.
• Engine oil 15W40: 5 liters, more than enough. According to the manual of the Captain 273 4WD, the engine takes 2.5 liters.
• V-belt: AVX10x975, drives the water pump and alternator. A dried-out or cracked belt will break without warning.
• Coolant: 5 liters, protects down to -40 °C and prevents corrosion in the engine.
• Front axle oil 80W90 GL4: 4 liters. According to the manual of the Captain 273 4WD, the front axle takes 2.5 liters.

Also want to change the transmission and hydraulic oil? Use our transmission oil GL-4 in a 10-liter container. According to the manual of the Captain 273 4WD, the gearbox takes 3.5 liters and the hydraulics and rear axle take 18 liters. Check the capacity for your model in the manual. The transmission oil is not included in this set.
