Engine overhaul kit Mitsubishi K4F-DI, piston pin 27 mm

Complete overhaul kit for the Mitsubishi K4F four-cylinder diesel engine with direct injection (DI) and 27 mm piston pin. Suitable for a complete overhaul in case of oil consumption, loss of power, or loss of compression. All parts are perfectly matched and available directly from stock.

Please note: this is the kit for the version with a 27 mm piston pin. We have a separate kit for the version with a 23 mm piston pin.

Kit contents

Choose the desired size below. The standard version (STD) contains:

• 4× piston STD, bore 78 mm, direct injection, piston pin 27 mm
• 4× piston ring set
• 4× connecting rod bearing (pair)
• 1× main bearing set (complete)
• 1× complete engine gasket set with head gasket and other gaskets as pictured

All bearings are supplied in standard size. Crankshaft and connecting rods must be within factory tolerance.
