New starter motor for Bobcat mini excavators from the E-series with Kubota diesel engine. A direct 1-to-1 replacement for Bobcat 6691621: same 66 mm mounting flange, same 9 teeth, and same direction of rotation, so it installs without any modifications.

Please note:

Bobcat has fitted multiple starter motors on the same Kubota D722 engine. They look very similar but are not interchangeable. Please check before ordering:

• Do you drive a Bobcat 319, 321, 323, 324 or E14? Then you need a different starter motor: Bobcat 6688372 / Denso 428000-4030. We also carry that one — check our starter motor for Kubota D722 – D1305 (SKU-129002), where that number is listed in the cross-reference list. Do not order this one for those models.
• Do you drive an E16? That model appears in both starter motor lists. Check the serial number of your machine or the number on your old starter motor before ordering.
• Count the teeth on the pinion. This version has 9. If you count 10, 11, or 13, you need a different starter motor.
• Read the nameplate. Look for Denso 428000-5840 or Bobcat 6691621. If it says anything else, please contact us — we will find the correct version for you.

This is a 12 Volt version. Machines with a 24 Volt system require a different starter motor.
