Description

New water pump for Ford / New Holland 1910, 2110, and 2120 compact tractors and various Shibaura S and SD models. The pump fits the Shibaura T853A, T854B, and LEP854A diesel engines and is a direct 1-to-1 replacement for the original.

When to replace?

A water pump usually fails due to worn bearings or shaft seals. If coolant is leaking from the weep hole under the pump, the pulley has play, or the pump is making noise, it is time for a replacement. Do not wait too long: overheating can damage the head gasket and cylinder head.

Tip: When installing, replace the coolant at the same time and check the V-belt for cracks and proper tension. Also, compare the pulley with that of your old pump before installation, as different pulley versions were used on LEP854A engines.

Please note: The Ford 1920 and 3415 have a Shibaura N844 engine and use a different water pump. For those models, choose the water pump Shibaura | Ford 1320 – 1720 | 1920 – 3415. The Shibaura SD4000 was also supplied with multiple engines; this pump only fits the version with the LEP854A engine. Not sure? Compare the casting number on your old pump or send us a photo.
