Complete maintenance kit for 40-50 hp Chinese compact tractors with the Xinchai 490 (498) four-cylinder diesel engine (2,544 cc, bore × stroke 90 × 100 mm). This kit contains the three filters you need for a full routine service: oil filter, fuel filter, and air filter. The filters are selected based on official Hifi application data for this tractor and additionally confirmed for the Foton FT404/FT504 and Taishan TS554.

Kit Contents:

• Oil filter — spin-on version · thread M24×2.0 · Ø 97 mm · L 131 mm
• Fuel filter — spin-on version
• Air filter — outer Ø 126 mm · inner Ø 64 mm · H 263 mm Single element — this engine has no separate inner/safety filter.

Maintenance tip:

Replace all three filters at the same time during every service — a clogged fuel or air filter costs power and fuel, and an old oil filter lets dirt through to the engine. Don’t forget to change the engine oil when you replace the oil filter. Note: these Chinese compact tractors have been supplied with different engines over the years. This kit is assembled for the Xinchai 490/498. If you’re unsure, or if a different engine brand is on the plate (e.g. Laidong 4L22), please send us the dimensions of your old filters (thread/diameter of oil filter, and outer/inner diameter + length of the air filter), and we will check the fit.
