Warehouse Coordinator | Versatile role

Shop4trac is a young, dynamic and fast-growing company with a small team of enthusiastic employees.

In 2018 we started selling machine parts online for the mini-tractor sector. Along the way, plenty of new challenges and opportunities have come our way. Our market has grown to cover the whole of Europe, particularly Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Our webshop has grown explosively over the past year. As a result of this growth, we want to strengthen our team with a (part-time) warehouse employee who takes ownership of the process from ordered product through to delivery to the customer.

What will you be doing?

– You keep the warehouse tightly organised

– You take care of fully preparing orders, including order picking

– You make sure orders are correctly processed in our shipping software.

– You manage and check the stock

– You are in contact with suppliers worldwide

and possibly;

– You help with product photography and contribute ideas for product improvements

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who works in a structured and precise way and enjoys taking responsibility for their own set of tasks. Your own input, proactive thinking and initiative are always appreciated.

– You are precise and orderly and can work both independently and as part of a team

– MBO-level (upper secondary vocational) working and thinking ability and/or experience in a similar role

– Because you work in a small team, it’s important that you spot the work that needs doing, can switch gears quickly, roll up your sleeves and stay flexible.

Type of employment: Part-time

Salary: €2.000,00 – €3.000,00 gross per month

Expected hours: 30-40 per week
