Complete overhaul kit for the Yanmar 3TNV76 and Komatsu 3D76E three-cylinder diesel engine. Suitable for a complete overhaul in case of oil consumption, loss of power, or loss of compression. All parts are matched and available directly from stock.

Technical specifications:

• Bore: 76 mm
• Injection: Indirect injection (IDI)

Choose the piston size below: Standard (STD), or +0.5 mm oversize for a bored block (76.5 mm).

Kit contents

• 3× piston (STD or +0.5 mm)
• 3× piston ring set
• 3× connecting rod bearing (pair)
• 4× main bearing (pair), for all 4 crankshaft bearing positions
• 1× complete engine gasket set with head gasket, front and rear crankshaft oil seals, valve stem seals, intake and exhaust gaskets, and other gaskets as shown

All bearings are supplied in standard size. Crankshaft and connecting rods must be within factory tolerance.
