When am I entitled to a warranty?

The products on Shop4trac are covered by the manufacturer's warranty of the brands concerned. The warranty applies to material or manufacturing defects, provided that there is no normal wear and tear, improper use, modifications or own repairs during the warranty period. How do I return my product?

After clicking on the following link; https://shop4trac.shipping-portal.com/rp/ You can register the package for return using the shipping number and zip code.

How long does the return process take?

Generally, a shipping party works so that returns are taken back in an efficient manner. This often takes 1-2 days longer than shipping the package.

Do returns cost money?

Return costs vary by region. Within Europe, return costs are a maximum of €15, and for the US a maximum of $30. However, if there was a delivery error or the product is defective, return costs are free.

How much time do I have to return an order?

Generally, you have 14 days after receipt to return the package. If something unexpected has happened as a result of force majeure, please contact customer service.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt via support@shop4trac.com . We will then send you a return label to the email address known to us. You can print this label and stick it on the box. The package can then be dropped off at a DPD or UPS drop-off point.

Are there any costs associated with returning items?

Yes, the return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details and exclusions.

What if I received or ordered the wrong item in my order?

If you ordered the wrong product on Shop4trac, please order the correct product and submit a return request via our return portal at shop4trac.shipping-portal.com/rp. Follow the return instructions in the confirmation email. After receiving your return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. For more details, please check our FAQ article .

What is your return policy for items that arrive damaged?

In case of damage, please send photos of the item and packaging. After approval, the return costs will be reimbursed by Shop4trac and you will receive a replacement item or if replacement is not possible, a refund within 30 days.
