Warranty

The warranty is valid for 2 years on our products, provided that our conditions are met. For a full explanation of the warranty conditions, please refer to the terms and conditions.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days via our returns portal.
Enter your order number and details, and you will receive a return label and instructions by email.
Pack the product in its original packaging and deliver the package to the indicated point.
After receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. Return costs are at your own expense, unless stated otherwise.

A return will be fully processed within 14 days. Payment will also be made within this timeframe. Returns take 2-3 days longer to arrive than a normal shipment, and we need 14 days to process them.
Was a mistake made on our part, or is the product defective? Then the return costs are free. In other cases, the return costs vary per region: within Europe, these amount to a maximum of €15, and for the US, a maximum of $30.
Generally, you have 14 days after receipt to return the package. If something unexpected has happened as a result of force majeure, please contact customer service.
If you have ordered the wrong product, place a new order for the correct product and submit a return request via our returns portal: https://shop4trac.shipping-portal.com/rp/. Follow the return instructions in the confirmation email and return the incorrect product well packaged. After receipt and inspection, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. See the article ‘I ordered the wrong product’.

In case of damage, send photos of the item and the packaging. After approval, the return costs will be reimbursed by Shop4trac, and you will receive a replacement item or, if replacement is not possible, a refund within 14 days.
