No, delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method:

  • England: Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days with UPS Standard or UPS Access Point. With UPS Express Variable, delivery takes 1-2 business days.
  • United States: Delivery takes 5-10 business days with UPS Standard Variable. With UPS Express Variable, delivery takes 1-3 business days.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day. For urgent cases, it is possible to contact us for shipping after 4:00 PM.

After shipping, you’ll receive a track & trace code by email with a link to the carrier to track your order. Can’t see the email? Check your spam folder.

You can also track your order via the chat on our website: click on the chat icon in the bottom right, enter your order number and postal code and you’ll see the current status.

Haven’t received a code or is the tracking not working? Contact our customer service at support@shop4trac.com, mentioning your order number.

With UPS and DPD it is possible to ship internationally. Via the checkout any country in the world can be selected to ship to. If a country is not listed you can contact support to have the country added.

No, shipping costs are not free to England and the United States.

  • England: Shipping costs £10.43 with UPS Standard or UPS Access Point. For UPS Express Variable, the costs range from £15.48 to £27.19, depending on the weight.
  • United States: Shipping costs $19.80 to $128.40 with UPS Standard Variable. For UPS Express Variable, the costs range from $23.54 to $117.70, depending on the weight.

All mentioned shipping prices are excluding VAT.

    2. Select ‘My order’.

    3. Click on ‘Change order details’.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we’re here to resolve the issue properly. In that case, contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review the situation, liaise with the carrier if necessary, and ensure you receive an appropriate solution – this could be a replacement product or compensation, for example.
