Using the search bar or selecting a category, one can easily place an order on the web shop. Upon finding the right item, it can be placed in the shopping cart. Then the choice is to continue shopping or proceed to payment. In the payment page, it is important to enter all information correctly and correctly. This is to make the ordering process as efficient as possible.

For simplicity, we chose not to set up a mandatory account. This speeds up and simplifies the ordering process. However, we do recommend an account in order to view orders and track them via track & trace.

Invoices are automatically sent to the specified email address after completing the order. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you do not receive the invoice, please contact our customer service at support@shop4trac.com with your name, order number and correct email address.
Payment & VAT
Shop4trac offers VAT reverse charge for business owners. It means that with valid VAT number you pay 0% VAT when ordering. Fraudulent or invalid VAT numbers will be checked! For more information, see this article .
Yes, you can see prices in your default currency by changing the language of the website. This will automatically convert the currency to the correct currency for your region.
Delivery & Shipping
If you order before 4 PM and the package is in stock and processed, you will automatically receive a track & trace code via email. More information can be found in our article about order tracking. The track & trace code can also be found in your account.
If you miss the delivery attempt, the delivery service will usually offer a second attempt. For DPD, you will receive a notification with a new delivery date or the option to choose a collection point. For UPS, you can reschedule the delivery via their online portal or collect the package at a UPS Access Point. Please refer to the tracking information for specific details and further options.
Yes, both UPS and DPD allow you to reroute your package if you are unavailable. This can be done via their app or website, where you can change the delivery address to, for example, a neighbour, work address, collection point or parcel shop. Please note that additional costs may sometimes apply, depending on the shipping options and the conditions of the carrier.
If the product is in stock, you can click the “Add to Cart” button to order it. Out of stock? You will see “Sold Out” and you can click the “Notify Me” button to be notified when it is available again. In some cases, we may reorder additional stock, so please feel free to contact our customer service for more information.
Returns & Cancellations
We always ask that orders be placed with extreme precision. This is to make unnecessary shipping costs etc. If a product does not fit or does turn out to be different, please contact customer service.

To be sure that a part is compatible with your mini tractor, you can purchase manuals and parts lists per tractor model in our webshop. These provide detailed information about which parts fit specific models.

At Shop4trac we regularly offer special promotions and discounts for larger orders or specific product categories. Although we do not yet have a standard bundle discount, you can always contact us for possible possibilities for larger quantities or bulk orders.
